I trust these services to fulfil legal obligations to protect your privacy.  Technology is kept up to date within a reasonable timeframe of the date of release.  All data is stored in online systems and any paper notes are shredded on completion of mediation.

I share some information with these third parties in order to run my service

 I  may subcontract a secure third party payment system like Stripe which has high levels of encryption 

I may subcontract with a mailing list company  like mailchimp who are under legal obligation to respect your data using encryption as laid down by GDPR.

Both the above have robust privacy policies which prevent them using your data other than in connection with your authorised activity on this website.

I never give out or sell your information to other third parties to add you to their marketing base   

How long I retain your data 

 I may  periodically conduct a review where I invite you to opt-back-into my mailing list – if you do not do so  your personal data  will be deleted.

What rights you have over your data 

Your data belongs to you, you retain control.

You can ask me how your data has been used and I will let you know.

If you choose to unsubscribe or otherwise  tell me that you no longer wish to remain in touch, your personal data will be removed from the system.
